I know how you may feel. I am so anxious waiting for MR to arrive cause I keep thinking I still could get refusal letter if they are not happy with BGC... ???. If only I could know that BGC are complete and file is in queue for MR I could relax a little bit....I suppose it may bit a bit like that for you...expecting the 3rd line o know your meds have been accepted....

There is nothing called confirmation. It is a general understanding that most of "expat employees" take vacations during summer to match up with their kids vacations and to travel back to their home countries. Assuming that mostly "Immigration decision makers" in London office would be from Canada, they might be off during summer to travel back and spend vacations in Canada.

i dont think tht it happens like this. except for christmas break the visa offices work full steam. LVO is an exception of course.

Better late than never is one of the worst phrases I have ever heard!

What about the cancer patient who gets their treatment late because of budget cuts so they are delayed and the cancer spreads to the second node. Better late than never? Nope, bettter dead than alive in that case.

no you cant say that:better dead than alive: may be a single day in stage two cancer is worth living than being a useless healthy person

Le francais je l'ai apris a l'ecole. Tu as raison, etre capable de parlais le francais au Canada c'est tres bon.

Sí sé que el español es su lengua materna cuando yo vivía en los EE.UU. que tenía un buen número de amigos hispanos pocos y habló un poco español. el francés no es malo
si sont doués pour parler français, on peut même se déplacer à Montréal c'est une ville très agréable
