I hope this process is completely over for you soon!
Ah gotta love Mondays! I've been dealing with lots of things at home and at work. I have been taking down things little by little. I think things at home are settled now. A happy wife is a happy husband
Now I gotta deal with the crap at work. I might not have a full year at work and not even 6 months but I'm going to give hell to my boss!! I've been brainstorming with some facts. I finally came to the conclusion I'm just being discriminated somehow. I work the hardest and I am always compliant with the rules while others don't but somehow my boss decides to pick on me on a little detail.
This should end this week!

He could be testing you. I had a boss that used to do this. My co-workers were majority of a different race, yet I was the one that got the lectures. He seemed to think telling me and ignoring them would fix it better somehow. He got fired a short time later.

If she is testing me, her attitude has lowered my productivity as I don't feel like doing anything for the company now. I am going to talk to one of the higher up bosses today and see what he recommends. I feel like I keep letting things happen and she keeps pushing my buttons. I think someone has to be a b*** to get respect sometimes. It's not me but sheesh! I don't know what else to do.

I had that problem at the same job, at the same time as the other manager giving me hell. My TL was so jealous of my abilities, she did everything she could to get me into trouble. She even told our boss I called another girl 'fat' when in fact, a) I am fat myself, so I don't make fun of people like that; b) I'd actually told two skinny b!tches to leave her alone because they didn't know how hard it was to be big.

She went on maternity leave. Two months in, I realized I hadn't gotten in trouble ONCE. It clicked. I asked for a transfer out that week. As soon as she came back, I got it. (The big boss asked me to stay until she got back. I agreed - we made a few compromises so I didn't lose my supervisor pay, like I would stay until she return from leave and I wouldn't report the harassment.)

People are so freaking insecure it's ridiculous. If you're doing your own job well, you shouldn't have reason to fear. Pathetic. Give her a smack down lunas! (with knitting needles)

I manage a small licensing department as part of my duties but if it somehow goes into her kingdom, she'll react. She wants everybody to carbon copy her in our emails to other departments because she doesn't want to miss anything that might affect the department (and her decisions). I told her once it's ridiculous.
A coworker from another department told me to state my facts to her boss because she might be magnifiying my shortcomings without considering how valuable I am and what things I do for the company.
May be she'll win and get her way but I'll put a fight regardless. The fact that it's me getting in trouble and not others just eats me inside.
I almost think I should borrow Ms Parker's knitting needles because I think hers are bigger

Damn right I'm going to fight for my honor for the few months I got here! Other coworkers have agreed that she's insecure. She doesn't let me make any decsions now.
