I checked the link and went to rbc (its near to my place)
and guess what I got approved... with no annual fee, credit card.. visa one . i just needed to open a bank account (with unlimited transactions one)

they just checked my landing paper.. and asked me two pieces of ID...(I had my DL and SIN card).
