They basically told us that Tony's title is lost because we didn't send it with tracking. Oh, and told us "Why didn't you drive it to us?" Uhh because your stupid automated message said to MAIL it. When Tony told him he sent it via Canada Post, he started LAUGHING at us. I called after that, and informed him I WORK for CP and he laughed at me too! Unbelieveable! Once all this is said and done, I"M REPORTING THEIR ASSES.

I'm so mad. Livid even. And we have to import his car before the 28th or we have to pay another 270 bucks for another stupid letter. (Recall Clearance Letter). Oh and this idiot had the nuts to say "There are 600 titles here, I don't see a TN one so it's lost in the mail" Oh thank you stupid officer for your damn wisdom of CP! Since you're psychic and all!

I gotta get off here before I break this laptop UGH

Not going to lie, I am glad we do not need to figure out those details! Mr. M is gonna come with a couple suitcases and that is it. We will be starting over together! But I do feel for all of you dealing with US/Canada customs and headaches!
