She likes to solict purr for snuggles, then drool on me. Yes, she has mits. And 7 claws on each front foot. 6 in the back. She's 1 away from the world record. (Tiger, who is also Canadian has 27 toes.)
I have a dark brown sofa that shows everything and a cat. By brushing her, I can get away with vacuuming it once a week. Plus she stopped spitting up hairballs, which was the reason I brushed her in the first place. Poor thing was not taken care of well by her former owners. I'm one of those people that firmly believe if you're going to get the cat/dog/fish/bird, etc take care of the animal properly or don't bother.
