Eh. Depends. I like Gay male bosses without a doubt. They are the sweetest people I've ever met! Some straight male bosses are really ignorant (remember, I have a disability haha) and some female bosses can be straight up b with itches!

Females are great until they feel you could be a threat to them!! They take everything too personal.

Males are great as long as they have social life. Otherwise, get ready for some "bug a boo" antics. The lonely ones always like to cling and make dead end moves!!
