Looking for guidance - June 2023 citizenship file - thanks

I applied for my citizenship
Jun 9, 2023 - Application filed
Jul 19, 2023 - Activity status updated: Citizenship test
Jul 28, 2023 - Scheduled for citizenship test
Aug 17, 2023 - Activity status updated: Citizenship test

Since then no update on anything, it says last time profile was updated was October 2023.
Since then my address has changed and I emailed them with the new address and that was on September 1st 2024 and even that has not been updated.
Anyone know what is happening and what am I supposed to do.

I am also in same boat, every time I approached them via GCMS, WebForm, MP same response. It is being processed .
Will withdrawing and reapply will be a good option to consider ?

don't know but might end up taking even longer... these delayed applications are mostly stuck in Security. I would be surprised if one cancel existing and reapply without again ending up as non-routine. But if you end up doing, do let us know how it went...

Any idea, what is the maximum timeline these security checks can take 18 months/ 2 year or more.

No set timelines. After 1 year, it can come anytime. But scary part is I often notice people waiting for longer than 2, 2.5 years. So just can pray if you lr application is non routine.
