Kind of same timelines for me. Test done in October 2023. Have provided fingerprints couple of time. Onlybthis month it shows a little movement with physical presence and language now complete. But back ground and prohibitions are still pending. I am reaching out to MP for first time.

Usually fingerprints means that the application is picked up for an extensive background check. Hope ur application gets processed earlier considering it just sat there for an year already.

I just submitted my 2nd fingerprints last month.

Similar case for me. Only that my AOR was around July/Aug 2023 and my back ground is still pending along with Prohibitions. Guess only can wait.

Jan 2019 applicant, entered Canada in Jun 2020. Had my COPR recieved in february.. I believe most of dec18, jan, feb, mar 19 applicants got thier approval before pendemic spread. But if someone was still in pipeline when all covid related restrictions started, than not sure how long it can...
