London VO Medicals Completed Jan/Feb 2012

Please advice..

My medical recd line appeared on ECAS on 24 May now today I can see the status DECISION MADE and inside it says.. Decision has been made on your application. The Office will contact you concerning this decision...

Does that mean I can get the PPR anytime now.. how long do i have to wait...

is this the normal practice that status change into DECISION MADE before sending PPR....

Decision made befor PPR. Most of the people got DM status after PPR. Anyhow, hope for the best.

PPR Step 1 June 2012.

Dear All,

What i have noticed from most forums is that after RPRF DD is encashed, it takes 4- 6 weeks for issuing PPR.
Please note that this is only in case of london visa office .

So if we can find out our RPRF DD encashing date then we will know our approx. PPR date.
You can check with other members timeline who got their medical & RPRF request in JAN/FEB .

I was wondering how can you track your Bank Draft sent to the LVO, whether it has been encashed?

If u want to find about ur DD encash details u will have to get the deatils from the bank from where u made the DD.

Thanks Sanabelj! I have my receipt copy of the DD I sent with the number on it. The amount was debited off my account instantly when they (HSBC) made the DD for me. When asked how can I track if it has been encashed, they were clueless! (typical Dubai Customer Service phenomenon). Hence, I am also clueless if I have to visit the bank again with the receipt so they can track it internally or it could be done online - like we track our courier airway bills.

Not sure if I make sense here :'(

Hi MIK77,

The same thing happened with me , they didn't have any clue.
Then i went an Advance account service in charge and told them that i had given my DD to an agent and what to know if it is really sent to CIC london or not .
He told that they will have to investigate the issue as they can do that , so this officer sent an investigation email to the head office .
It took 3 days for them to come back with the details.
I hope this helps.

I am from Pakistan - 1122 as well!

Medicals and RPRF (DD) received at LVO on 7th June. Have started awaiting PPR (anxiously) already... and wondering how long it will take.

No need to panic!if your VO is London I will suggest you wait patiently for ppr.Once you are deemed medically admissible to canada you are almost good to go.E-cas is not always accurate in LVO .

I guess it is early as 7th June is not long ago, you may not get any fruitful info now, there will be a good charge for asking if it is encashed.
