9jcanada,I have been away from this thread for a while. I was not aware of your receipt of your passport with visa.CONGRATULATIONS!! You are truly a blessing to this forum.
I have not heard anything from AVO besides they got my address added on my ecas 2days ago.It sounds this is general observation from MI3 globally.
Wishing u a blissful life in canada.

hello fellows,
my medical status was received and changed on Ecas on 17/11/2011
and till now nothing;(
I asked them by email three times to LVO, and they just reply that it's awaiting background check...
the thing is that I have to schedule my vacation from work, my wife from her work as well..

any advices?

Try and send CSE as well.EXcept if you are planning vacation time more than 45-60days ,there is nothing to worry about because you will most likely have up to 45-60days to submit your passports . Background check could delay the processing sometime based on the number of country you have lived outside country of your birth after the age of 16 years.
