Dear 9j and seniors,

I need an urgent advice. My address on the ecase disappeared long back and it came back today. But before, my agent's address was shown as my mailing address on top, but today it has changed to my present home address. I know once the application is approved, they show the Canada address but since now my own home address is showing, do you feel there is something to worry about??? Really tensed, can't even breath now :( :( :( :o :o :o :o If you could let me have your thoughts please, many tx

Dont worry at all :) .. my E-CAS status was never changed until visa was stamped .. and it was suddenly changed to Decision made without any change in the mailing address, and until now there was no change in the mailing address.

i assume the Visa Officer who is responsible for the file is a bit lazy to update it.

We completed our medical on Feb. 13,2012.
The DMP won't recognise any request letter from our agent aside the embassy alone.
While the embassy wants communication directly between the applicant and them, no representative will be entertained.

We already wrote different request letters to the embassy, and our agent did the follow-up...its been more than a month no response whatsoever...very frustrating so we're thinking of acting on our own and will see if it will be granted....at least we are trying some options than sitting here waiting for uncertainty....May God help us :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

My goodness! You really are getting a raw deal from every angle ???

Here's another option: The email you got from the VO in response to your concerns must have been signed with three letter initials, right? The initials are the official ID of your visa officer. He/She has the responsibilities of coordinating your case/file right from RBVO till your visa is issued. I will advice you to write a letter addressing them personally. Highlight the ordeal you have gone through and most importantly state specifically what you now want them to do which is to issue another medical request form for your spouse so he can redo his medical exams. I'll advice you send a hard copy of the letter by registered post so they can have a hard evidence of this in your file. Also get your hands on the fax number of Manilla VO and fax a copy of the letter putting ' URGENT! FAO of - the initials of your visa officer' in bold as the heading of the letter. Keep faxing them every 3rd day until they reply. Sounds a bit radical, but desperate times call for desperate measures sodapop.

My best wishes.

I wouldn't worry a bit about it as ecas can be erratic. If anything, address reappearance after a while might indicate some movement on your file. At what stage are you at the moment; PPR or waiting for visa?

Thnak you maghraby, khalid and 9j. I am waiting for the PPR since 30 Jan

yes, we recognised a 3-letter word on the recent email from our embassy.

The was a weird thing happened, we visited the DMP yesterday and asked him,,,,again....that he's the only one who can make things better on our problem.
We brought all the c0rrespondence that the embassy, agency have sent us and we let him read them from the start of the message thread.

He told us that he will personally send email to our embassy what to do with my husband's case.

This morning he called, he didn't send email to the embassy but asked my husband he will re-do his medical...today, this very day...with no request letter nor stamp needed....he said only lesser words than those times we visited him before.
This was so surprising but enough for us to feel a little at-ease..maybe he felt pitty on us.

after 3 days we will send the result directly to our embassy as what they have stated in their email..

you guys think this will end our agony on our problem? We are praying hard this is the start of our sunshine after the storm..pray for us. :)

Nice to see a change of heart from your DMP. Not sure how to place his position, arrogance or ignorance? Try and ensure he sends the results via a secured means (registered post or courier). Obtain the tracking number from him so you can track its delivery to the VO. Once he dispatched the result, send an email to your visa officer notifying them that the medicals result have been dispatched and provide them with tracking number if you have it. That will put the onus on your visa to follow it through with the medical section ASAP. Keep an open line of communication with your visa officer even if you do not receive a response, do not be deterred. Trust me they do receive all correspondence and if you are persistent enough you will get the desired response.

I wish you all the best and I pray for a speedy PPR.

But here's the thing, after my husband's medical results are out, we are the one to send to our VO, not the DMP. Because he said as per instructions, he is advised to send medical results only to CHC London, nowhere else.

But if you will look at the message our embassy sent us,

Dear Mr. xxx:

Our email should be addressed to you and not your wife, xxx. Please note that we already received the medical results for your spouse, xxx and your two dependent children.

Only your medical results have not been received. You may ask the designated medical examiner (DME) to forward your medical results to our office once completed.

I hope this clarfies your concern.

Sincerely,

Will there be any problem if we send it via courier?

Not sure about this really. My understanding is that all medical results must be sent by the DMP. There may be a problem if they get to know you sent it by yourselves. Where did your DMP send the initial report? Why do you now have to send this directly to Manilla. You may have to request a final clarification from your visa officer before sending this to avoid another mix up.

Our medicals were sent to London, now that the embassy has sent us message that after completion of my husband's medical by the DMP, he should send it directly to their office.

This is our worry now...after medicals, the sending issue.

No need to worry anymore.I am sure he (DMP) will have a change of mind once the results are out and he will look at the e-mail from your VO again and mail your husband reports to Manila .Just continue to pray as hard as you can.
