Dear,

Better to wait correspondence from LVO. If there was any big issue with verification, they had either made DM in your ECAS or asked you for interview. LVO had its own pace and pattern of work. So be patient and pray from Allah.

thank you for your words of encouragement. The only thing that makes me worry is the late correspondence from LVO. Should i apply for caips and if yes, please let me know how to apply for caips.

thank you

I have submitted proof for 7 years of Work exp and they have only considered 4 years (i have submitted proof with Jd for all 7 years).. This check is done at CIC leve.. So my total Point becomes 68 instead of 71. This is one thing which i observe. They also update the information when they request for Photos/information from applicant. They even record the CSE raised by me and the date I request for GCMS. Rest the file status as Put Away, the review date is 30.06.2015. They have not started processing any section like eligibility, criminality, security, all are empty with status not started.

I am not sure the discussion in this forum regarding the processing of application based information consistency or information requested from residing country or complexity of application holds valid in my case.. Its merely a random picking by LVO.. this is my interpretation after reading my GCMS.

The only thing we can do is forget about our application for the time being till we hear anything from LVO and just concentrate on our present life.

+1 for your reply. Is there any thing else significant in your GCMS notes that you can share.

I am thinking to take GCM notes to review the process on my file. By paying a little amount of Money atleast I would be able to analyze the expected time.

Dear Adnan-Ul-Haq bahi,

As per trend LVO takes maximum 6 months to respond, update 2nd line, Send MR, Call for interview or even ask for schedule A form. But in your case they didn't contact even for anything yet and it almost completed 6 months. So it's better to order for GCMS Notes. Did you apply with family or single.

Thanks

No brother BWJ has contacted me for the below information:

1- Photos
2- Update Schedule A due to change in JOB
3- Update documents on my new employment like appointment letter, and related documents

Till then they are silent. Whats your opinion now?

We have almost same timeline, I advise you to wait till end of July then go for notes....I myself get notes reflecting activity till mid of May and there was nothing concrete done in my case.....180 days after PER is normal at LVO so we should be more patience...

Same is the case with me, submitted complete documents for over 7 years of job experience while in notes I observed I was given 3 years job experience points...still manage to get 71 points so nothing to be worried...agree with you, forget things for quite some time (3-4 weeks)...

Dear Fellows,

Alhamdolilah, On Friday 26th June 2015, I collected passports (of self and family) with maple leaf stamps and COPR. This was a process of 2 years and one month to be exact. My time line was as follows

Initial application to CIC, Canada May 2013
PER and File Transfer Oct 2013
Additional Document Request Apr 2014
PPR1 (PCC, RFRF, POF, MR, PP copies) Oct 2014
Medicals Completed (due to request of additional tests of kids) April 2015
PPR2 May 2015
Visa Issued (expiry Dec 2015) June 2015
Landing Somewhere in End Nov

I am of the opinion that the process must have been completed 3 to 4 month earlier, should n't there has arisen the need of further lengthier medical tests of kids, still the process completed with maximum time span of 2 years. I am seeing the posts of the juniors with a lot of frustration. I appeal all to be be persistent, calm and patient and the process will be over soon Insha Allah.

Regards

Many Congrats and totally agree with u :)

Hi All,

I want to share my time line here with you. Please help me to understand how much time LVO take after PER to update second line or send Medical request.

Application received: Dec 05, 2014
PER: Feb 24, 2015
Ater that: no correspondence from CIC or LVO

Does LVO first update the second line start processing or direct go to Medical?
