LVO is totally unpredictable.....so mysterious...

October, Nov and even some Dec applicants have received MR from LVO but many August, September and even July applicants are waiting.

Alhamdullilah I received email today from LVO for my and family Updated schedule A form.
Also one Immigrant summary form
They also want me to pay online fees of my baby.........

Please send me link for online payment of baby fees $150, also do u have any idea of immigrant summary form....

Something weird just happened, i just sent RFPRF receipt along with medical confirmation report to my VO and i got following response within half an hour:

"Please note that your application is also undergoing mandatory background checks. We are unable to advise when these checks will completed, however, please rest assured that we will contact you with further instructions as soon as the results for the background checks and favourable medical results have been received."

How come BG checks started AFTER getting the medical request?? Is this normal? Any one else ever received such message after the medicals?

P.S: I received medical request last week and completed in the same week.

That's normal , it's actually for time saving ...they issue medical , while doing Background checks, because Medicals is sent to a different dept. , that take time to reach decision , almost a month after submitting

But the difference is that usually the word used by VO in email for BG after 2nd line is "Your file is undergoing ROUTINE/NORMAL background checks".. This one is different as it states "MANDATORY". My guess is that it might be Security checks, as only this type of BG checks is mandatory for all. Other checks are not mandatory and can be skipped.
