Dear Experts
I got my SLU since almost two months with Schedule A request, then no MR.
Raised a CSE and got a reply that my application is under normal background verification.
My worry that most of the applications got MR following SLU with few days.
Anything to be worry about ?
Anyone got SLU, then no MR ?

Yes it is normal. When VO starts processing of file, he either sends the file for background checks (to clear some doubts.. also due to routine QC checks) or Schedule interview. However, he also has liberty of skipping these steps and issue MR directly. Therefore, dont be worried that your case is different. You will see applicants in all three cases. We can't speculate the time period for background checks as it is done be external body. Stay positive, you will hear good news soon.

on the other hand, i raised CSE on 25th May 2015, but reply is still awaited. I dont know about my VO.

Hi Ghayyur Abbas and Zubi Tariq, I am also your neighbour sitting in the same boat of NOC-0113, which LVO has totally ignored and still they did not touch any of the files of applicants of NOC-0113

By Almighty Allahs Blessing and my family prayers and support, i received my MR+RPRF+PCC+PPR1+Schedule A request and Updated Info chart. Time given is 30 days.

Application date-21st November 2014
PER- 11th Feb 2015
MR -26th June 2015
Visa office- London

I almost had lost hope and patience during this waiting Game. Finally this wait turned out to be fruitful.

Kindly note that I applied with my spouse and my Points should be 70 at the time of submitting my application including 5 points for my wife IELTS and now I am going to divorce.... what will be the procedure to inform CIC about change in status and what will happened to my application.

I submitted application in Dec when total experience was 3 years 11 months which will give 12 points but now I have more than 4 years experience.

Will visa office consider 2 additional points for 4 years experience or they will only consider experience at the time of submitting application.

Need your kind suggestions and advise in this regard.
