Hello All;

Please can anyone advise on what I can do to get update from LVO - my ECAS update shows the 4th line since 16/01/2015 that a decision has been made on my application and no PPR-2 till now.

I have sent several email to them to request for a correspondence on what decision is made on my application but I am yet to receive any reply. My VO is EFL - I am really beginning to be worried.

My timeline is

July 7, 2014. - Application Received.
October 17, 2014. - LVO started processing Application
November 20, 2014 - Medical Request
December 12, 2014 - Medical Done
January 09, 2015 - Medical results have been Received
January 16, 2015 -a decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Another blunder from EFL.. Can we complaint about this man/woman.. never replies mail and send half information.. Seniors can we do something?

Hi Zenghi,

Yeah, You are correct they just returned passport in just 3 working days... I did request them but they haven't replied yet so mean time I had my friend going to London so I sent my passport with him and he submitted on Monday and today they returned the same. Now I have another friend who is coming next weekend so at the end it was good decision to send.

I'm MPNP applicant so I will land Winnipeg but don't know when may be in March.

Hi your VIsa officer is also EFL. He also don't reply to me from 10 days but before he replied my CSE teo times.

Mine is also BWJ.. he or she asked me to resubmit declaration form.. i received email on 6th feb.. today my updated form reached LVO, received by Emmanuel .. so lets see what happends now. Hope there will be no significant delays.

Actually today I got first correspondence from Lvo and these initials were mentioned as visa officer name.

I've resubmitted photos to lvo. I'm not sure if they will update the receipt of new photos on cic website.
For those who've submitted photos to lvo, is there any way we get confirmation from lvo that they've received them and processed them? I only have DHL confirmstion

Usually when you send a query to LVO, the guy who answers will be your visa officer. They will just put initials on their name like LBM. You will find the initials either at the end of the email and/or on the subject line. If you want to know the full name of your assigned visa officer, order GCMS and you can even know his/her full name..

I am sure you will remove spaces on either side of "@"

This form request is usually asked with MR or in my case it is asked before MR. Everyone has to resubmit the background declaration again.
