This form request is usually asked with MR or in my case it is asked before MR. Everyone has to resubmit the background declaration again.

If they dont ask for Declration form again and u r expecting MR does that mean that ur application is deemed complete because i m july 9 applicant PER Nov 4.just got reply from BWJ one week back that ur application is in queue waiting review by an officer

Mine is also BWJ.. he or she asked me to resubmit declaration form.. i received email on 6th feb.. today my updated form reached LVO, received by Emmanuel .. so lets see what happends now. Hope there will be no significant delays.

Hello to all, I am new here. A family friend had told me about this forum & I think it would be better to link with you all for my future conversation with VO.

1st of all, I want to tell about me. I am applicant of NOC 1111, FSWP 2014. My application was reached on 26th Dec, 2014 at CIO Sydney, NS. And, I am much glad to tell, last night had received PER e mail from CIO, which stated that VO would contact me for further proceeding on my application.

I am much surprised, because I was not expecting this PER e mail much early. Hence, a friend of me had applied in OCT, 2014 but, he did not even charged yet. My that friend had called to CIC agent & asked how he did not charged & I received PER. Agent stated, there was a temporary pause after mid OCt applicants but now they had started from 30 DEC to backwards OCT. Because, first come first serve basis has been ended from 1 January, 2014. And CIC would chose best applicants either cap would reached or not up to reaching MID OCT from DEC30.

It is really much surprising for me. But, anyhow I am so much happy to get PER. Could anyone please guide me, when should I be getting MR request by VO?

Nope.. 2nd line is not updated yet..
Bwj gave me time of 30 days to submitt the updated form. ive made it ensure to reach in 6 days time. Same is recommended for u to take prompt action in this regard but do ensure there r no mistakes or data missing in the form

I've resubmitted photos to lvo. I'm not sure if they will update the receipt of new photos on cic website.
For those who've submitted photos to lvo, is there any way we get confirmation from lvo that they've received them and processed them? I only have DHL confirmstion

I am also worrying about the thing.
I got only confirmation by Fedex like this, Delivered: 02/11/2015 11:37 AM Signed for By: W.HUSSAIN.
I want to make sure VO will send email to confirm?

Yea i think they r going through some initial verification once files are recieved at LVO by program assistants.

Is this the first correspondance from LVO?i think after initial verification at LVO they found that it should b sent again so they requested u to send this form
