Dear Mates that has received PPR and above please what do you think this VO response mean?

I sent a CSE to my VO and he replied after 3 days that my application is awaiting IO review. He did not say anything about any check pending . Please when can I likely expect PPR?

Also, there seem to be a delay these days in application progress generally accross all VOs, could it be that VOs are now dealing with certain urgent class of application like students/visitor etc? comments welcome please from experienced forumites.

How long it take after medical?? anyone here with similar to my time line

Applied 3rd March 14
PER 24 March 14
Process Start 20th June
PCC submited on 17th August 14
Medical Recieved on 4th Sept 14

Hi MH_UK, nice to see you back after long time.............yeah on Aug 26 I got PPR1..now eagerly waiting for PPR2 but my gut feel is saying that VCM would take 6 weeks (as written in PPR1 email) to send PPR2...so realistically I'm expecting PPR2 to come in early Oct....

Thats great..but its a shame that VCM is taking such long. Any ideas how long is LVO taking for new 2014 applicants after May?Thanks

You don't get PR status unless you land in Canada therefore no points for your sister unless you land.

Hi Friends,

Can any one tell me how much it cost of medical in London. Not sure how much doctor/hospital will charge for each family member.

Around 270 quid. But it varies with different clinics.The one in Knights-bridge London is around 50 quid less( I might be slightly wrong) but you would have to book an appointment whereas the one in Brentwood would cost 270 and you can just walk in for the test.

You can go through all physicians located around London, just give them a call to arrange and appointment or check for charges.

Buddy my medical timeline is almost same as yours.. I am waiting for PPR too.. I think it's just waiting for an officer to come to your file and review it for any further instructions. I think you will get PPR in a week.. Best of Luck friend!
