Hello senior members!

I have sent my passport last month and waiting for LVO to get the PR stamped and sent back. Quick question. At the moment I am in Australia and plan to move to Canada around March next year. I am also wanting to file for my sister who is a doctor this year and currently waiting for the ECA report from MCC. Can my sister claim points for myself having Canadian PR(even though I haven't landed there yet?) Any comments from senior members would be appreciated. Thanks

No she cannot. You must have landed once before she could claim because she will need your Canadian details in order to do so which you won't have if you don't land...

Regards

Dear Mates that has received PPR and above please what do you think this VO response mean?

I sent a CSE to my VO and he replied after 3 days that my application is awaiting IO review. He did not say anything about any check pending . Please when can I likely expect PPR?

Also, there seem to be a delay these days in application progress generally accross all VOs, could it be that VOs are now dealing with certain urgent class of application like students/visitor etc? comments welcome please from experienced forumites.

Buddy my medical timeline is almost same as yours.. I am waiting for PPR too.. I think it's just waiting for an officer to come to your file and review it for any further instructions. I think you will get PPR in a week.. Best of Luck friend!

Dear forum mates,

I sent my passports to AbuDhabi for PR stamping, on 21st August and were received on 24th August through courier, I had included return AWB with the package. Till now I have not received any reply. I sent an email to abdbi-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca for status update last week Thursday, and no update from them either.

Its been three weeks since I sent my passports for PR stamping. Getting anxious.........any advice .......

Hi, Sent my passports one week before you and still not getting them back, seems like they have issues or troubles. in the PPR it mentioned that you can contact LVO not Abu Dhabi after 4 weeks.

Dear All,

As you know we had members meeting in Abu Dhabi before 10 days and it was great, we thought of creating a WhatsApp group to share and update our status closely which I did already.

If anyone likes to get in please PM your WhatsApp No. along with your real name

Have a great day.

Hello,

I have some concerns and would like to have some advise.

As i stay in Saudi Arabia, they have requested the PCC for Saudi Arabia. The immigration officer also mentioned that they have sent an instruction letter through post mail to my address.

My concern is the delivery of this letter may take ages. Is it OK if i ask for an alternative delivery option though they have mentioned that they cannot send it through Email.

Regards,

AAM

Congrats, as rawdah stated request a copy thro' email. Need not ask alternate delivery option. take help from rawdah.

Since he is applying under NOC category, he has to keep only "NOC Category" and followed by Primary NOC 2011 Code: XXXX.

hope it helps.
