hi to everyone, congrats to all those who got visas, ppr,MR. i think many forum members of 2013 got progress in thr applications, but why its taking time for others like luqi, rawdah and many. i hd bn asked for add docs in july then nothing. is it true that if one year passes then those applications get much delayed?

I sent my passports to AbuDhabi for PR stamping, on 21st August and were received on 24th August through courier, I had included return AWB with the package. Till now I have not received any reply. I sent an email to abdbi-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca for status update last week Thursday, and no update from them either.

Its been three weeks since I sent my passports for PR stamping. Getting anxious.........any advice .......

what was the cause of rejection? what assistance do you want now from forumites?

ideally they request to hold passport for 4 weeks..

My passports were also received on 24th and have not got them back as well. Still waiting. I thought they would be back in 2 weeks but not almost three weeks.

Hello,

I have some concerns and would like to have some advise.

As i stay in Saudi Arabia, they have requested the PCC for Saudi Arabia. The immigration officer also mentioned that they have sent an instruction letter through post mail to my address.

My concern is the delivery of this letter may take ages. Is it OK if i ask for an alternative delivery option though they have mentioned that they cannot send it through Email.

Infact the letter could take up to 14 days!
And if you happen to reside in Jeddah, the PC might take up to 2 weeks as well.
A good option is to get a PC request from your embassy (country of origin) & get it attested from foreign affairs.

Me too i got docs request with police clearance since July and till now no update,,

Who is ur Officer? mine is KKB.

What is ur ECAS status? do u have 2nd line added?
