Hello senior members!

I have sent my passport last month and waiting for LVO to get the PR stamped and sent back. Quick question. At the moment I am in Australia and plan to move to Canada around March next year. I am also wanting to file for my sister who is a doctor this year and currently waiting for the ECA report from MCC. Can my sister claim points for myself having Canadian PR(even though I haven't landed there yet?) Any comments from senior members would be appreciated. Thanks

well i can b wrong but i do not think so. coz for confirmation, they need pr card copy of relative and his/her residential address plus bills as residential proof. you cannot ofcourse arrange all of this at the moment..

I just think we have to live with the fact that for some of us the process will variably linger!

there is no light at the end of the tunnel, we are the light :)

wish you a speedy joyous winding up so soon :D

Thanks Maria. I just thought she might get some additional points. If I were to make her wait then she would have to file in the express entry which is a lot more difficult then current process. I would just go ahead as she meets the criteria :) Thanks

I feel now VCM has decided to send PPR2 after 6 weeks of PPR1....as he wrote in PPR1 mail.....so from Aug 13, your 42 days would mark on Sep 24...InshaAllah you and MassHunter would get PPR2 by Sep 23 or 24 (or bit earlier than that). That is what I observed for last year's ppr2 trend, they took 30 to 35 days (after ppr1) on average.

Good luck.

Hello MH_UK, as per my knowledge, your siblings get points once you got PR while providing all PR documents(PR card number or your info.address, etc) asked by immigration application during submission in forms.Hope you get my point

my one of friend has been rejected from wilson walker ...and i am selected ..kindly give me your number soo i can talk you in detail..
