I have just renewed my passport and would like to notify LVO of this new change. How do i do that. Does any one have their contact please.

I talked to my panel physician in Saudi and he is saying to register somewhere on website for e-medical. What I have got, are medical forms from LVO.

Do u have any idea what he is talking abt?

you don't need to register anywhere, if you are in Riyadh, go to alwrood clinic even without an appointment and they know what to do. All in all it takes around two hours.

Do we need to take any photograph at Al warood?

How much is the fee there, can we pay it by Debit card?

Hi Rawdah,
You don't need a photo, you only need your passports and the medical forms and they will take your photo there. You can pay by a debit or credit card, it costed 900SAR for me, 600 for my wife and 300 for each kid. The doctor comes at 4pm. He's very experienced doing it for both Canada and Australia and he's a Canadian PR as well

Hi how are u, I think we have the same concern, I received our visas recently but I need to renew my passport. the thing is our visa was issued based on the old passport....and I am afraid that this might affect my visa...I've been receiving valuable advice in this forum and last night I sent a CSE to LVO..may I know if u contacted LVO on your case? This will not affect your visa. Apply for the new PP while applying mention that you have Canadain visa stamped on your old PP.

Your embassy will issue you the new PP and the old one will be stappled with the new one. Each time you travel you need to carry both the PP, until you gets Canadian Citizenship which will take some years

Visa is required only upon first entry in Canada, thereafter you have to show PR Card, no visa.

I am new to this forum, and I need your advice, we have been waiting since 2010 for our visa, finally we got the MR and landing fee request unfortunately we noticed that the family name on the passport and the MR form are not the same, as in my passport there is 4 names but the fifth is not showing although its there in all other documents like bith certificate and others, even the panel doctor she noticed and said she will put in her report that there is identity concerns , we contacted our consultant and they said they will tell LVO about the discrepancy and wait for their advise, I am very worried, please tell me what I should do??? :'(

File is in process or waiting to review by an immigration officer, however u r not required to take further action


What this actually MEan and does it shows that my file has been transferred to LVO or not????

I believe it is clearly stated on PPR , that visa is valid as long as long as passports are valid.
Please read PPR , and act so , and do update us on this

Do not depend upon your consultant , drop an email to LVO , and get rectification As Soon As Possible
