Just want to know, if it is mention that FSW-2014, also need to submit "Educational Evaluation Report" and IELTS Report with the Application?
Cuz, I think that the 2 above requirements would be the same like for us in FSW-2013.

Yes, applicants for fswp 2014 need to submit ECA report and IELTS with their application. I didn't see where ECA report was mentioned but it's necessary to have it ready.

I talked to my panel physician in Saudi and he is saying to register somewhere on website for e-medical. What I have got, are medical forms from LVO.

Do u have any idea what he is talking abt?

If you have received MR email from LVO. Straight away you can go for medicals no need for the forms even. Just carry your PP and tell them your UCI and they will download the forms from their online system.

The above said process applies to e-medicals only, for non e-medicals I guess you may need to carry your physical forms.

As I told you earlier they might have send our files for S/C checks some where between 12th March (2line) to April 2nd (MR). No need to wait for 3rd line to send the files for S/C checks.

As for Marial_Sal, pharmacistfarhan, JBZZS etc and any other applicants who got medicals in Jan/Feb, you guys will get your visas in May too insha-Allah. LVO does work in batches and I think, like most of us who got medicals & interviews in batches, we'll be getting visas too in May. Fingers Crossed

A maximum of 25 500 new complete applications submitted for the Federal Skilled Worker Class, without an offer of arranged employment, will be considered for processing for the period of May 1, 2014, to April 30, 2015.

Whenever new FSW, VOs are keeping old applications aside. What's going to happen for our FSW 2013 pending appli. :-X :-\ :-\
Still LVO has to complete many FSW 2013 appl.

Just to show they are working, LVO process less than 10% and remaining appl. just finger crossed !! :'( :'(

Is it just Money making tool and just process 15-50% and enjoy balance Processing fee :'( :'(

hmmmm a really bad decision by indians to opt for lvo.....but problem at tht time was difference in processing times shown on cic website was only 2 months (as far as i remember)...hard luck for all of us here...

we still dont know whether by sep-oct we may actually get visa in hand....

Yes rawdah, How can we come out from this scam? :-X

We will re-submit our application thro' FSW 2014 (1st May) and Select NDVO. Add a COVER LETTER and state that "Since LVO is not processing our application we want to re-submit and selected NDVO Where it was processed quite fast".

As long as we are going to give our UCI our complete details are with CIC, So CIC can ask LVO for the reason for delay and pressure them to process, Or they have to accept our 2014 Application. They can't charge our CC/DD without a valid reason for FSW2013 appl. delay.

Just share your view. By doing this CIC will get an Alarm that their load is increasing unnecessarily and being a eligible applicants LVO can't just delay the process.

After 1st MAY We have to act if LVO is not acting

When NDVO able to clear Security, Criminality, Eligibility for all those GCC Applicants What is the hindrance for LVO to do the same for GCC applicants??? What way it differs ? (other than some special cases with Travel, past living history...)

I second that.

The only issue with NDVO is that we have to submit our original passport at NDVO and they can take anytime between 10 days to 4 months to release our passport as seen with FSW2013 Applicants. Also the Indian law doesn't permit us to send PP into/out of India through courier.
