Please go to this site http://www.visafile.info/ to request for your GCMS note if you don't have a friend in Canada.

Dear hila01!!!

I have a small query. What is the best time to order GCMS notes?Secondly Can it be ordered just after PER? Thirdly is it ordered just once and then you keeping getting the update as and when the Visa Officer records some important information till the issuance of Visa? Lastly does it in any way impact the processing of application?

I would also appreciate if you could kindly tell the procedure of ordering GCMS notes through a friend in Canada?

Thanks and looking forward to your reply..

https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/ online link to apply for GCMS through someone you know in Canada.
Best time to order GCMS is approximately after 3-4 months you have received PER.

I think they work based on country of residence or region, not by NOC code. Have not seen even a single applicant getting MR who is based in the UK ...

He is based in the UK as I write this mail. He has been asked to pay RPRF payable to Canadian High Commission, MR and submit Uk police report. No request for passport yet. This is interesting!!

Dear Manita25,
It is good to order for your GCMS note after 3-4 months or when you think there is a significant delay in getting any response from the visa officer. Each time an activity occurs in your application, the VO records it in your GCMS note and so if there are issues raised by the VO, you will see it and make corrections or provide additional documents. You can order for it more than once but allow some time. Now ordering for your GCMS note is your right and will not in anyway affect or delay the processing of your application.

The ones who received MR from LVO, it is only MR but no RPRF or any other updated document / PCC yet. In the past, it used to be all together (MR + RPRF etc) ... Not sure if LVO have changed the process now .... or may be with PPR.....

A friend of mine, not in this forum, just got email from LVO asking him to go for his medical and submit UK police report within 60 days and that email with additional documents request will be sent out in 48 hrs. He filed his application in July under NOC 3212 and got PER email around September. Good luck to him and those of us still waiting for MR.

Nice to hear some Activity from LVO.

Thanks for sharing hila01

Common LVO we need dozens of MRs this week.

And a couple of DMs ;D

Sorry guys, my friend said he has been asked to make payment to"Receiver General for canada" and not "Canadian High Commission". He said its like a dream to him. I just post on his behalf as we chat along. Haha. If I get the content of the email, I will post here for us to see.
