I have received my GCMS note. Under police certificates, its showing 0. I submitted 2 police certificates with my initial application to CIC. Anyone who received their GCMS notes earlier, was this the case in your notes? Thanks.

Dear Hila01

Why are you worrying , these are simple PCC , not Visa / processing fee for which you are worried.
After all "Clreck badshah" , can also do a typographical error.

In order to calm yourself , drop an email to them , they will drop you confirmation

Most of my savings are the bonuses i get from my company, but the problem is there is no official document from my company about these transfers like salary slip or something.

My question is what can be done to justify the large cash flows (above $1000) into your account??

Please share your thoughts.

Sir

Plan how and where to spend this money in Canada.
I would suggest to do some shopping in Eaton Center , as stuff there is of A+ quality

DO not Worry

Thanks Maria,
that means there is nothing to worry about then. My self calculated point (71) was 1 point lower than CIC calculation of 70 marks. Perhaps, I made a wrong calculation myself. Anyways, my application status is in progress; under assessment, Eligibility not stated, Security not started, Criminality not started, Medical not started, My paper file/application assignment was assigned to a case officer on the 2013/11/14 and there is a due date of 2013/12/30. This due date has elapsed and there is no B'FD. Although there is another date somewhere which has got my PER date of 2014/07/12. I have gone down the GCMS note to read the comments by CIC after initial processing of my file, saying that PA appears to have met Ministerial instruction, IELTS and ECA report have been verified, letter of work experience has not been verified. My visa officer also made a comment on the 14/11/2013 saying that my application is under review. This is the same date that my paper file was transferred to another case processing agent and given a due date of 30/12/2013, possibly for second check.

Dear Hila01

Do not worry , every thing is nice and fine , simply wait.
Due date in GCMS for FSW 2013 applicants means , the date by which they have to finalize case.

Stay Blessed

Dear Mr E, apart from MR they have asked me to submit
IMM0008
new Schedule A background decleration form
new Additional family information form IMM5406
right of permanent resident fee
IMM5562E;travel form
Apart from this they have also asked me to submit a history of my bank accounts for a period of the last 10 months showing all deposits and withdrawls!!!!!Is this normal??? :-\ ......please comment!

msaeed brother,

If an applicant has submitted a bank statement which shows huge transactions and those transactions are not matching with the income of the applicant or one or more transactions especially credits are out of pattern, then VO may develop doubts that the money has been borrowed. For this reason, I believe, VO may call applicant for the interview too. In such scenarios, applicant should have logical answers to satisfy the VO on those huge transactions.

Similarly, if an applicant has submitted Balance Certifcate and VO is not satisfied 100%, he may ask applicant to submit bank statement later to see the transactions over the period of time.

Though I haven't been through the interview for a Permamnent Resident Visa but I have gone through interviews for student/visitor visas few times and I was thrown couple of questions everytime by the Visa Officers regarding the huge transactions shown on the submitted bank statement.

Sir

Visa officer is not concerned about your source of money. They need to enter ending balance in system .That is all
They need to fill this column in their system , that cannot be left blank.

A friend of mine, not in this forum, just got email from LVO asking him to go for his medical and submit UK police report within 60 days and that email with additional documents request will be sent out in 48 hrs. He filed his application in July under NOC 3212 and got PER email around September. Good luck to him and those of us still waiting for MR.

So definitely some activity off the forum :D monday seems a good activity day by lvo in favour of forum members ...lets hope for the best for tomorrow 8)

That's really encouraging because my NOC is 3212 also and I got PER middle of October.

Hurry up LVO please!!!!!!!!!!! Put all of us out of this waiting misery.
