Someone who has landed in canada and got cell phone connection done please guide me how you did it coz I went today to get fido connection done on my own cell phone but was refused by my bank as I don't have any credit history. Same problem while trying to rent an apartment.

1. You don't need to fill in Additional Dependants/Declaration Form because total 5 dependants can be added into Generic Application Form while you have only 2. A Principal Applicant having more than 5 dependants needs to fill in Additional Dependants/Declaration Form.

2. This question was clear for spouse until 2013. Once I selected Spouse as a relationship, this question becomes invalid for spouse. I had to choose Type A dependants only for children. Now list is showing Type A, Type B, Type C, Type 1 and Type 2 Dependants in the form. Obviously your spouse doesn't fall into Type A, B or C but could be either Type 1 or 2 which is not elaborated in Instruction Guide. I would suggest you to choose either Type 1 or 2 and attach a written explanation stating that you don't know what is the correct answer of this question for your spouse as it is not explained in Instruction Guide, therefore you have choosen Type 1 or 2, whatever.

i have 2 question, please answer and guide me.

1- we are family of 3(total) so do i need to fill in form Additional Dependants/Declaration Form (IMM 0008DEP) or we don't need to fill in this form? as i understand it is for those people who have more than 5 family members? the applicants who have less than 5 family member they only need to fill in Generic Application IMM 0008? so please make my confusion clear?

2- in Generic Application Form IMM 0008 - dependent section - Q12 - Dependent Type...? in dependent section i am going to fill in details of my Wife, but this (Q12) is confusing? question asks dependent type.......A,B or C........ because Wife as dependent can't fit in Category A, B or C (according to instruction guide).......so what the hell is this....what type of question is this? what should i do? any idea.......?
