One important question!
appreciate if experts revert back by proper answers.
May the main applicant undergo the medical test in one country and the rest of family members in other country?
Suppose the case which I am on a business trip for 2 month and in the mean time received the MR for whole family.

Hi,

I am in KSA. I want to shift to Canada permanently after 1 year.
For now, I can get leave from my company only for 30 day max.
please advise how can I get PR Card within 30 days I have to return to ksa.
please suggest what other options I have.

Dear members, please advise me as I need your expert opinion

They have an option for urgent PR card, which will still take 3-4 weeks. Just ask them that you want your PR cards on urgent basis, and state them reason, maybe show your leave schedule from job & your return tickets which should be at least 3 weeks in advance. It's not guarantee that you'll still get it in time, but it's a way for fast PR processing.

1- I received MR forms for my two kids 2.5 year old and 8 months old , what kind of medical examination is required from them ?
2- after the MR is send to Visa office what is the expected time to get visa ready.

You have to register for CIIP on https://register.newcomersuccess.ca/ and will have to wait for your invitation. There is no CIIP session in Pakistan and in whole middle east, it is being conducted in Dubai only. Therefore, you should select Dubai for attending the CIIP session. If you will select any city in Pakistan, then you aren't going to get invitation for Dubai, probably.

I don't want to share but there is a sad news. Unfortunately, I can't disclose the source but it is being considered that CIIP sessions in Dubai could be closed. Well, it is not 100% final but it is being considered. Therefore, try to register for this June session if you could.

when you would land, would you give the address of your relative for your PR card ????? if yes then ask them to post the same to you in KSA.......simple

No they will not ask .....yes i know couple of person who did the same ........

Raised a CSE few weeks ago and received the below standard response. Still officer review pending ............. since I got PER in July 2013 . I believe for me its gonna take much longer. Anywasy no other choice except sleeping over it and focus on other tasks.

"Thank you for your email.

Your application is currently awaiting officer review. We will contact you again as soon as we are able to, however, you should note this may not be for quite some time yet. You need take no further action at this time.

im not sure what it is but they made us fill up action plan form and took our CVs..so maybe they direct us how n where to settle specifically considering experience and requirements....this is only my idea...

well uae is going not too good not too bad ... depends on ur field too...we have a lot of members here residing in uae so its quite evident that 'all is NOT well' here also...but definitely im going to miss uae...we really hope v can come back here after passport....inshaAllah...(maybe i change my perspective after landing in canada)
