first go the issuer bank with the draft copy they will provide you with the proof with in 1 or 2 days..... then you can define next step.. you can do it today...

take a copy of the draft to issuer bank... they can track it for you and provide you the proof.... then you can present it to LVO..... nothing to worry about as its their fault....

A friend of mine who landed before a month and belong to an older stream has never got a medical confirmation line.
My consultant also replied that this part of cic system is tend to be unreliable and inundated (thought most of 2013 stream are getting 3rd line maximum 10 days after exam).

...i have so many doubts in my mind. - These will keep on growing , until you land and exit from airport as an immigrant
1. for how long i have to maintain my bank statement? - Draw funds , when you wish - No issues
2. what's the first email CIC will send me is called? - PER
3, if any document isn't acceptable, will they deduct processing fee??? - They will return complete application package , with thanks along with your FDD
