There is no clear information on CIC website regarding university tuition fee of permanent residents except a permanent resident can't caste vote, can't apply for Canadian passport etc.

But alternatively, you can find this information on universities website, below are few examples:

I also knew this from my friends who became permanent resident of Canada.

I hope the journey from here on will be short & steady. Next steps are getting MR's, clearing them, paying RPRF and finally the DM.
