Mabrook to you too. Well I can expect any time even today also not joking as mr are being sent by automatically through system. Hundreds of ndvo people have recived it on Saturday.

Worst case my gut feeling will get by Wednesday next week max...

What is your nationality?

By the way, few countries allow to renew passport within 12 months of the expiry date of the passport and few allow to renew with 6 months. From your post, it seems that you can renew within 3 months of expiry but that is not realistic because to get a visa stamp for another country, passport must be valid for a period of 6 months. Therefore, I suggest you to check again, you should be able to renew your passport earlier that May 2014.

guys, LVO just requested for the copy of my updated passport within 60 days. Maybe becoz they saw that it will expire this coming august 2014....my schedule for renewal is this coming May 15, 2014.....is this a problem? the only thing I can ask the embassy is to extend it validity....

any advice please, or any same experience.....many thanks.....

This timeframe shows the applications which have been successfully processed and applicants got their PR visas stamped on their passports but we know from the forum, LVO didn't process any FSW 2013 application during this period and didn't issue any visa (there may be couple of exceptions), therefore this timeline doesn't reflect the processing of FSW 2013 applicants.

GUYS,

I noticed one more thing. On the CIC portal, FSW processing times page

Following is updated on 31st Jan 2014

"The times are based on how long it took to process 80 percent of all cases between October, 2012 to September 30, 2013."

Does this means that our application is also part of the time frame 25 months or only previous cases processed during this time.

everything is very confusing........

Attach a cover letter with your documents and write all your personal details such as UCI, application number, name, date of birth, country etc. In the body text, list all the documents which your sending with bullets (1, 2, 3....) referring to their request and attach the copy of email with the cover letter which you received from LVO.

You can send the package of the same address with attention to the initial which you can fine in the email signature.

should i address it directly to: this is the mailing address in the e-mail...
