I was trying to have some understanding on the sampling plan lot LVO is trying to take, a general or a good sampling constitutes somewhere between 5 to 10%, but looks like LVO is taking a very high sampling plan which is not normal. This type to sampling is only considered when the risk is high......................Now we need to guess what risk/concerns does LVO hold........the answer to this may lead us to the logical conclusion.
there needs to be a sampling plan so that it can be implemented. looking from the above looks like there is a sampling plan, which is obviously high sampling.
Under general practise once the sampling is positive then ALL THE LOT will be cleared, its the sampling implementation finds some rotten applications then obviously the sampling will be increased. At this moment looks like LVO is having some concerns on particular NOC's.
