This wait is absolutely ridiculous!

Do you think setting up a petition or email signed from all of us to immigration minister expressing our concerns would help? Or is it a bad idea?

Not sure how we would set it up though.

I don't think it can do any harm, if you know how todo it.

It can only help our case, I agree, its ridiculous.

one last question regarding UK PCC, as I've mentioned I've arrived in UK before 10 months. And going to apply for UK PCC now. Do I've to provide copy of my Indian PCC with my application for UK PCC? so they have complete record till date? or is it not required at all?

Hi

You dont need indian PCC with as I got my UK PCC without my Pakistani PCC. Just apply and fulfil the requirement as mentioned in the instruction and you will get within 3 weeks.

Yes you can submit it is valid until you again stay in UK for more thn 6 months

NDVO has issued 3 medicals and 1 visa in matter of hours today....

Is it better to twit Minister & explain our situation , and let him know what LVO is doing to us and difference between NDVO & LVO processing protocol ?

Cant we make him understand that FSW 2013 processing time should be equal for all, and he should instruct other VO's ?

I know , you guys feel that I am now over-reacting but when I see NDVO thread (Main thread), it gives me more Pain and disappointment the way things at our end. Its just not me, WE ALL ARE STUCK ! No one is spared. Not even a single visa issued, not even medicals !

NDVO is finalizing august/sept applications, and LVO hasn't finished May 2013 applications. How is this going to work ? Where do we stand ? Surely most of May applicants are now stuck with interviews- and now it will take time, till then seems they are and they will NOT process further applications, as there is NO any positive indicator showing they actually working to finalize FSW 2013 quickly.

I strongly dis-agree with all those who believe LVO is working on all applications and things might speed up after interview pools of earlier phase. This is ridiculous !

To finalize FSW 2013 application within a year is their priority or not, Are they working on it or not ? Or they going to put us is same garbage of backlog ? This is important to know. Till now, I don't think FSW 2013 is their priority, Sending pools of interview and very few medicals is NOT showing their priority at all.

My personal opinion is not to show any resent and be patient, wait for LVO to take its own course. At the end of the day you cannot impose your will on a system from outside and try to change things, You need to be part of system to being any change. I am sure there and unavoidable circumstances, LVO policy or other un-explainable reasons which obviously LVO cannot unfold to us. One thing is for sure that LVO is not aligned with the CIC policy makers, who intents to have immigration done within a year. Also, it fails the logic of having occupations on demand list (NOC list) and thereafter not to issue the immigration on time, doing so they are contradicting themselves.

Whatever written and said, we need to be patient at this moment..................At the end of the day, we cant do jack if they simply reject our application.

of course this is a good sign. You will soon hear either an MR or request for some updated docs/forms. Same is the case with me.

I think this is somehow positive note. Atleast they have opened your file and working on your application. Once BC/Security checks are over then InshAllah you will get medical request as well. BC/Security checks sometimes takes longer than our anticipation & sometimes it is quick.

At least, you know your file is opened and they are working on your application, unlike others including mine
