I don't know ramzy, but probably because my kids would be entering school in Canada when we arrive -not like a small infant-.. They are a couple of papers to fill regarding all the immunization they have recieved till date & to be signed by a professional.. A friend of mine filled them up but they didn't take them at school but rather asked for the usual immunization card that we have here in Egypt & asked the parents to translate it... I also heard that it's not really that important as long as you have another evidence of the children's immunization... So don't worry about it..

Where do you intend to land in May? We will try to book flights by the end of May as well -by Allah's will-

I only know that it's required for schools..
I would advise you to head for calgary. I have been hearing that life in Toronto has become more difficult because of the economical crisis they're facing in Ontario lately.

Still, Toronto has its positives as well as negatives versus calgary..
for e.g.: Toronto is a big versatile city, more immigrants thus easier to blend, but more free, a bit higher rents, better weather, more activities, nearer to america..etc
Calgary, less people, more conservative life style, colder weather, better job opportunities especially for doctors & engineers, less rent, more outdoors.. etc :)

You will have to choose what suits you more..

Also, I am more in favour of settling for once.. In my opinion: I think that if I have already made up my mind to settle in Canada & build a life there, that staying somewhere else is wasting time.. because I would be wasting valuable "building" time building somewhere else..
I know that might not suit everyone, but that's how I see it..

You have made a good decision to settle in Calgary...I am also looking to land in Calgary...I will be landing in May this year...what are you landing Basmalahh....Wish you all the best...

Thanks
