Hi any suggestion,
I sent my Documents like PCC, Schedule from A and RFPF received to LVO on 10th Sep, 12 by Mohammad. As per my inquiry to my bank, bank draft still not collected (or en-cashed) how much times normally its take? No update from LVO, should I do something or wait?

It's too early my dear to do something, just wait and see. Mine delivered on 27th July, nothing till now and there are many like us. Unfortunately LVO become very slow in generating PPR.

Congratulation Zuhaib for getting PPR but do you mind sharing with us your CSE that generate PPR? :)
Thanks and regards

This is the third time I see PRR issued in response to CSE. I know one user who asked for status update because she was scheduled to sit professional exam in Canada in October and asked whether she needs to cancel it. She got PPR almost immediately.

This is nice Keteven to facilitate PPR by CSEs. Let us see mine CSE is almost two weeks no reply :(

Hello Pun

Welcome to the forum. First, could you please share your timeline incl. NOC so that others can benefit from your information?

As for your questions:

1.) Credit history is a report about your past borrowing and repaying, including information about late payments and bankruptcy and it is used to determine an individual's credit worthiness. This got nothing to do with any immigration issues and even if LVO is checking this (there is no proof that they actually are - please someone correct me if I am wrong) it is irrelevant for their purposes. You can have a low score credit when for example you borrowed too much money in the past but that is nothing illegal or criminal hence out of consideration for the LVO.

2) You did the right thing and left when your visa was not extended. As long as you are not breaking any laws, you have nothing to worry about when it comes to the background checks. As you already pointed out, your UK PCC is clear so there is little to fear regarding your security checks (assuming that you are a law abiding citizen per se).

I hope that this helps.

Miki

Hi Miki,
first thanks very much for you reply second you have mention that there is little fear in security check. but i follow the law and left country voluntarily then what was wrong and my UK PCC is clear. please advice me
thanks

Welcome back Abid

Atleast in my case, it is processing.
We did medical on 17 June 2012 (without my wife's x-ray). After 4 week (20 July), we received request for my wife's x-ray (as she delievered baby in last week of June). We sent X-ray and also sent the new born's passport and processing fee in first week of Aug. After 4 Weeks (30 August) we received medical for our new born baby. The same is done as well and yesterday London office got the results, as shown by courier company.

NOW WAITING...........

dont very your case is going smoothly and you will get PPR soon
