i'm living in Dubai now my NOC is 0711 i have finished the medical and was received by LVO on 12/07/2012 and my RPRF has been paid as well in 12/07/2012 and till now there is no update in my E-CAS and still giving me as shown bellow please asvice me when i will get the passport request from LVO as per your experience i'm really worried and the waiting is killing me here you will find bellow my E-CAS status:

We received your application for permanent residence on February 5, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 24, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on March 30, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 11, 2012.

Hello Dear!

We must have patience at this point of time.

All the lines from ecas for me are almost similar like yours.

The important thing is, as per LVO website, they are taking 9-12 months for processing. So our cases with worst scenario will finish by Jan 13 (for you), Feb 2012 (For me), if no obstacle comes in-between. Let us remain positive. Hopefully by the end of this year we will have PPR.

Regarding the Ecas, see below the relevant explanation by CIC:

Medical Results Received by CIC
We have received your medical results. We will contact you only if additional tests are needed.

Approval Status Determined
Your application will be either approved or rejected. We will inform you of the decision in writing.

Hence I guess we need to wait for change in Ecas as well.

Thanks very much Anmolkaur. Would you please clarify what is one A4 envelope. Do you mean they requested one self-addressed (special delivery) postal envelope for the return of your passports?

hello katevan,they asked for the following documents. passports for each family members, 2 recent photograph of each,one updated information chart and on a4 envelope without stamp as i live in ireland.now in updated chart there are 5 to 6 column for each family member,these r for surname,given name as written in passport,passport numbers,heights in cms and eye colour code which are written in the end of the document,thats all . i attachedone copy of ppr and one cover letter as well.i think thats ok for you.any furthur enquiries are welcome. thank you

Sir,

I have a some queries on my case. I have received medicals last month from London. Now, we have 29th September as deadline to send medicals & RPRF.
But my wife is 7 week pregnant, so what do you recommend

1- Shall I go for shielded X-ray and send my wife reports or wait for delivery ?

If answer to the above is Yes, then can you answer the following question
A) do they accept shielded x-ray and will they issues visa in pregnancy case? Or wait for child birth

B) what if we can't get visas on our passport before child's birth. Will this be a problem to make a landing for a family ?

If answer to my first above question is No; then
C) will LVO send any letter stating that you have to send new born papers and X-ray for wife ? And what is the timeline to receive that letter and what is the deadline to send new born papers & wife x-ray

D) how long will be the wait after sending new born papers? I have done my medicals on 12th sept and will this situation make me to re do the medicals again if one year passed by ?

Dear Will_Come_True,

I can't help you with all your questions, but I can share you my story, which may help you.

We got medical papers for our family in first week of June and expected date of delivery for my wife was 25 June 2012. We did our medical on 17 June without my wife's x-ray, as doctor said that after delivery, they cant do urine test for 4-6 weeks, as blood comes in urine.

Last week of July 2012, we received additional medical request for my wife, that was x-ray. We did the same and send the report to CHC in first week of Aug 2012.

We were blessed with baby on 25 June and we sent the new born's passport details also in first week of Aug. They sent us medical for our new born on 30 Aug, approx 3 weeks after sending the papers.

This was our story....

One thing is that when you'll do your medical, doctor will have 3-4 pages form with him, which he needs to fill. There is one column, asking you if you or your spouse is pregnant. If yes then EDOD.

A4 is a size of envelope Ketevan. It is twice the size the envelope you got your MR in.

*Note: On 30/07/12 passport request was issued by regular mail. On 08/08/12 an e-mail was received advising to ignore this PPR and wait for a new one, because additional background checks are needed that will take AT LEAST 1 month
