Need your advice.....

I am sure you read my details and according to that My question is do i need to send CSE to lvo regarding the receiving of rprf DD as it was received at LVO on 13 sep 2012 but not encashed yet i am worried because they mentioning in letter that if we didn't hear from you within 60 days from the date of letter your file will close (As my friend did mention in above post). Medical will send by DMP and they already recieved it which i can confirm on my ecas but dd bank says it was not cash till 8th october.

Now what do u say

No need to worry, RPRF wll be en-cashed at later stage. Still you can send them CSE but it depends on their mood if they reply or not.

As i updated before,i sent my passports to lvo on 22nd september and they received on 25th.but my e cas is still showing in process.i checked few forum where almost people get DM with a week after sending passports.could anybody advise is the visa stamping process time is different for FSW and QSW as i am QSW candidate.any answer will appreciate,thanks

it's alright,
CHIN, Mohammad, Jamal, most of the time, these three people received the package at LVO, but you should send them CSE regarding RPRF. I hope you will get positive response, INSHALLAH

Do not worry my friend, things are little different in Provincial Nominee Program, My cousin received his passport with maple leaf but his status still showing "in process" he applied under Sask Nominee Program.
2- My brother's status changed after his landing.

Sorry cannot provide advice because my lawyer paid all fees at the time of application by credit card and I am Quebec skilled worker. Never had such experience.

Dear Yawar, u dont have to worry that much before sending an email for sharing an information. My package of Ad. Docs was received by Aziz, and I sent an CSE on the same day to inform the Vo that I have done my part of job.

You can do the same.

Now a days CHC London is not responding promptly to inquirers, they have rather accelerated the pace of progressing.

My Med was also issued on 17th of Aug..

Hi Everyone,

First of all, I would to thank you guys who keep on updating news about ur cases which allow me to follow and understand more or less what is happening at LVO. The heartiest congratulations to those guys who got their PR already and Wish you all the best future life in Canada.
As far as I concern, my worries increase as time flies merely because today it is a month since they started processing my application in LVO and my huge matter remains to know what I am going to do?, maybe I just send them a email to let them know that my UK visa (PSW) is going to expire on January 2013 and I cannot renew it due to UK laws, and I will be going back to Italy where I am a PR holder? :-\ :-\ :-\
On another hand, I am thinking to wait and see how far my procedure can move till the beginning of January 2013 and I might be lucky like our colleague Ketevan and get my MR within 2 months, then let them know or remind them about my UK status :-\ :-\ :-\

The processing time in Italy is 17 months instead of 10 UK.
Please any suggestion will be really appreciate.

Hi mocanada, the official processing time was 10 months when I applied in February. So I anaesthetized my nerve until January 2013. Will start panic in January if I still have no news. My personal amateur opinion is that they prioritize FSW these days to get rid of another backlog (note how many FSW got PPR just 1 month after med's). But I am not a visa officer and have no idea what are they doing there.
