Hi Katevan,

Did you ask your lawyer about the transfer of file. I am in a similar boat. My visa office is London and I ll leave UK by the end of Dec so wonder whether my visa office will be changed to Islamabad.

Hi M.Zee, not yet, because My UK visa has not been rejected yet. I will post here any information I get.
My case is different from yours because I am Quebec skilled worker and my Quebec selection certificate says that my file should be processed at London. Judging by your timeline, I guess you are federal skilled worker.

*Note: On 30/07/12 passport request was issued by regular mail. On 08/08/12 an e-mail was received advising to ignore this PPR and wait for a new one, because additional background checks are needed that will take AT LEAST 1 month :eek:

Dear Qorax and all expert members

i'm living in Dubai now my NOC is 0711 i have finished the medical and was received by LVO on 12/07/2012 and my RPRF has been paid as well in 12/07/2012 and till now there is no update in my E-CAS and still giving me as shown bellow please asvice me when i will get the passport request from LVO as per your experience i'm really worried and the waiting is killing me here you will find bellow my E-CAS status:

We received your application for permanent residence on February 5, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 24, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on March 30, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 11, 2012.

Each case is individual. 25% of people on this thread aready got PPR, yet there are people who did meds in January/February and have not got passport request yet. It seems from the data that the average wait time is around 3-4 months after meds.
