well as you know we were refused because they don't believe our relationship is genuine
my responses:
age difference: i sent an article of the former Prime Minister of Canada Kim Campbell, she is 18 years older than her commonlaw relationship he is an artist
also, i sent in pic of my brother and his fiance, she is 18 years younger
cultural differences: my former husband was from India...so obviously i don't have any issue with cultural differences
also, my brothers fiance is black from St. Vincent, my hubby's father is black his mother is white
Religion differences: my former husband was Hindu...so again that shows i have no issue with the religion
IO mistakes: I went in March 2007 and then went back July 2007 to marry the IO's notes say that hubby had said that we didn't make plans to marry yet i took the rings...this looks bad on us but she screwed up...i didn't take the wedding bands the first time i took it the second time when i infact returned to get married
also, her notes say at one point that his statement and mine differ...i never made a statement...she never spoke to me in any way shape or form...hubbies answers were correct....
her notes say....seems the plans to live in canada are more for his benefit...hubby had said he will work and continue his education...that is what i want him to do as well, with a degree his earning potential will increase so it is of benefit to both of us
parenting my daughter...she is 16 they have not met...he cannot be a father figure to her, she is use to it being just her and I, they will be friends but i will be the only one parenting that was agreed upon early on in our relationship
why we got married so fast: turns out it is the exact same period as my former marriage so that is a plus
my age my not be able to have children: have my dad's birth certificate showing my grandmother had him at the same age i am
didn't have traditional wedding ceremony: i can see that being an issue if it was for a female..but hey lets face it a male i dont think it carries the same weight....plus i didn't have the vacation time to stay longer got married one day and left the next...have an email that i sent to the skylon tower niagra falls asking for info on flowers and wedding cake to have a celebration there when hubby arrived
Life plans: be debt free and invest in real estate
Compatibility: I'm originally from Portugal and many of his ways are similar in terms of spousal relationships, families, also in terms of what we like doing boating, walks, music, similar values, honest
what will I do if they refuse the ADR....this will be asked.....
I will say with conviction WE ARE IN LOVE AND IN A GENUINE RELATIONSHIP THERE WOULD BE NO REASON TO REFUSE US
IF WE ARE I WILL GO TO THE APPEAL SINCE I AM A CANADIAN AND PREFER TO LIVE HERE
in my notes i wrote that for me to move to morocco would be difficult since i dont speak arabic or french plus i have a 16 year old daughter who doesn't speak either language either, and of course the earning potential is much lower
also, my father has alhzeimers and my parents need me now more than ever given that they are in their late 70s
well i think that about covers it
i will either be really happy on thursday or FURIOUS
