i dont understand ur wife is in the US or canada?? if she is in canada there is no problem, and also u can travel from pakistan.
as for the visa well, its the easiest visa ever, the visa is not stamped on ur passport but its a seperate paper that will be cut in half when u enter cuba. here in leb the embassy charges 40$ for it and they require no papers whatsoever except for maybe a ticket.

my wife got letter from IAD, these are i guess five pages that they got our appeal notice, and they said there can be witnesses i am still unsure if its full hearing or ADR?

smart...the questions and answers were the same as what i have posted above in this thread
i think the reason for the win was that they were all legitimate answers (they made sense) and i addressed every statement that the IO said in our CAIPS notes.
Also, the fact that i cant live there because of the language problem i would have and it wouldn't be fair to my daughter...sets the stage that Canada was really the only alternative for me.
