boujusim i think Czech republic is also easy... hotels, air tickets exectly same amount as if she comes alone to Pakistan so i take , Czech republic.. and i hope inshallah ul aziz i will get i dont expect no from every country..
 
cuba is closer to canada for ur wife and there is offers all the time, but for u it is hard to get a visa to a european country, if u wanna visit and spend a nice time, go to cuba.

From Canada, there are AMAZING deals to Cuba all the time. You can get a good all inlusive for well under $1,000. Trust me, I've been there several times (my hubby being Cuban). Something you might want to consider...

thanks for your comment i will seriously consider it, yes i am not getting off days to go personally Islamabad just to submit my visa application for czech republic,i want to save my holidays for trip, i saw Cuba's pics its beautiful country, it can be good honeymoon there .... thanks for advise i will check visa details and tickets..

i dont understand ur wife is in the US or canada?? if she is in canada there is no problem, and also u can travel from pakistan.
as for the visa well, its the easiest visa ever, the visa is not stamped on ur passport but its a seperate paper that will be cut in half when u enter cuba. here in leb the embassy charges 40$ for it and they require no papers whatsoever except for maybe a ticket.

cuba is REALLY amazing,beautiful and SUPER SAFE, with the castro regime if u kill a fly the gov will know:P so dont worry.

btw if ur wife is the US she can go from mexico or canada,whichever is closer to her.
 
my wife got letter from IAD, these are i guess five pages that they got our appeal notice, and they said there can be witnesses i am still unsure if its full hearing or ADR?
 
smartsaqib, crime is almost non-existent in Cuba. You have absolutely nothing to worry about. It's super safe!

If she is in the U.S. you can't fly into Cuba due to the embargo. Your wife can fly through Canada with no problems. Is she a Canadian citizen? Ths Visa for Cuba is a 2 part document that, as boujasim said, is split in two. Aboard your flight you complete both sides (with the address of the hotel you'll be staying at). When you arrive in Cuba they take one part, and the second part is to hand in when you leave Cuba. Easy as pie!

Cuba is stunning! Lots to do and miles of amazing beaches!

but now i need information about the letter that come from IAD they give us one number and one form to fill up.. my wife will take this to lawyer but i want to know when they will give us date for ADR or full hearing? are these signs for full hearing or ADR?
 
smart...the questions and answers were the same as what i have posted above in this thread

i think the reason for the win was that they were all legitimate answers (they made sense) and i addressed every statement that the IO said in our CAIPS notes.

Also, the fact that i cant live there because of the language problem i would have and it wouldn't be fair to my daughter...sets the stage that Canada was really the only alternative for me.
