My employer updated me that SC called them yesterday to inquire about the wages. The LMO was submitted on Dec 16.

No matter how big the company is and no matter how old the company is, that fact remains that you will by no choice have to provide those documents in order to file for LMO. T4 has to be your and company's, both. They ask for the company's T4 but better to submit both. thanks

so we must attach those documents with LMO app or they will ask them later?..
thanks

Bad news, My boss is willing to help me to do LMO but The HR manager of my company seems not to. All the requirement document have to be issued from her.
Help me!
I called to CIC again and explain to them, they said I can try to re-obtain my PGWP if it's Highly attention with a reasonable explanation letter.
What can I do now? Day flies super fast and everything is going be out of my control.
So sad

I have met a lawyer, the price is not cheap at all 5000cads and she said she will not guarantee 100 %. She will try to restoration my status ( Study permit expired on August 31, 2011) and PGWP application with a explanation letter.
Also she said the fee will be returned if i get a bad result.
Is it a fraud?

I am working in downtown toronto. You know my situation right? I missed the deadline for PGWP 2 months, but my off campus work permit is still valid one year after my study permit expired( Study permit August 2011) ( Off campust Work Permit August 31, 2012). CIC officers also said that they made a mistake by issuing that Offcampus WP

Hi all,

I would be interested to know how you approach an employer in such cases? How do you convince them that it is worth the hassle and it is worth waiting 2-3 MONTHS for the LMO ?? I mean that's a lot of time... they should be able to find quite a few people in 2-3 months that qualify and do not require LMO. But I still see people go this route and it works more or less...

cheers.

@Matt84:
I do not know other cases but in my case. They keep interviewed, offered and then received resignation letters from try-out applicants( At my position, my property, 4 building managers had been quit). In every try out candidate, they do have to provide a few training courses ( Orientation, Leasing course, Best safety..ect). It took alot of time too. Therefore, instead of getting someone who they are not sure they will stay and work permanently for them, they will spend a few months to get the LMO done for FW.
It's just my opinion though

Thanks for your reply alexle85.

It's good to know that I have at least a little chance. Any ideas how the IT sector is there nowadays especially Alberta and BC?
