Yes...LCP. I'm not a nurse though. I had my classroom training (caregiver) in the Philippines. If they called your brother for additional documents, your LMO should be released soon . Coz if they have concerns, they would've told your brother already. Where are you filing your application?

They failed to prove that they couldn't find Canadian or PR for the position offered to him.

maybe they did not advertised it on the jobbank...

Employer confirmed no LMO received till date.

But based on the other LMOs she submitted for other recruits, she is saying its taking upto about 14 weeks in some cases.

I have 2 options. Either get frustrated and wait or be cool and wait.

I am going to be cool and wait !! 8)

Dear all,

Please don't believe on it. This agency promising LMO from Ontario, Canada is not existing. We asked varied persons to verify because my relative got the LMO several times but when she brought to the agency for the processing of the visa, they found that the agency is not existing. They received downpayment also. Please let me know what is the name of the agency.

My relative applied 2 yrs ago and it happened nothing. I think they are just using this way to have money and invest them for their own good. Please don't believe on it.

Dear all,

I am currently waiting for my LMO and do not know how much longer it is going to take.

Please can I request advice from those of you that had your LMO applied during the same time frame or those that have reliable information on processing times.

LMO Applied on 29 July 13. HRSDC have confirmed receipt of application.
LMO Applied in Toronto, Ontario.
NOC Code: 0711.

My employer's guess is that it is taking about 10 weeks. I complete my 8th week tomorrow.

Your advice is appreciated.

We are almost in the same situation:

LMO Applied on 5th August. Confirmed by HRSDC (I’m on week 8-9 right now).

LMO Applied in Toronto, Ontario (I don't have the refference code)

So you will be a really good point of reference for me. My lawyer told me that processing times are from 12-16 weeks. So until week 12, I will not be really nervous.

I will definitely let you know once I have some news.

We're still waiting, at the end of week 8 at the moment, lodged in Calgary for NOC 7283

Fingers crossed we find out soon, wish they would give an worst case final day you will know rather than an open ended wait, surely they have their own performance targets to process file within X no. Of weeks as a business.

My sister/employer got a call from HRSDC exactly after 10 weeks....then after a week, she received my LMO. My LMO was filed in Toronto, Ontario as well.

Just want to share my timeline lmo application submitted july 10! Same day got the file number, sept 30 my employer got a call from hrsdc that lmo was approved! Almost 12 weeks! Thanks god!!
