LMIA Work Permit for Cousin from India

Good day, I am a Canadian citizen and have a cousin in India who did like to come settle in Canada.

He's around 30 years and after his bachelors degree in computers, hasn't worked at all.

Wondering how can he get settled in Canada - maybe somehow get a pre-approved LMIA work permit but how?

He needs to get a job offer with a LMIA in Canada. Or he can try comming to study, then get PGWP.

LMIAs are extremely difficult to get and most employers aren't willing to go through the process of obtaining one. If he has no work experience - that really makes it impossible. He should forget about the job offer / LMIA route - it's not going to happen.

He should instead focus on getting skilled full time and paid work experience in his home country so that he can try to qualify to immigrate to Canada.

Agreed that as of now, his only option would be to come to Canada as an international student to complete more full time studies. To be approved, he'll need to show that what he plans to take in Canada makes sense in light of his previous studies. He'll also need to explain the gap between his studies and now since he hasn't been working. Lastly, he'll need to show he has the funds to pay for his studies and living expenses in Canada.
