LMIA application processing time?

Submitted PR supported Application to St.John's Office on 21st of October.
Got File number on 28th of october in mail. Guessing this is the fastest file process.

I guess they process files with different criteria rather than first come first serves. But not sure...

I would suggest you to go into visiting visa rather than leaving the country. And thats again just a suggestion

Did anyone applied for early childhood educator and assistant position. Noc 4214. Any updates or any idea what are the chances of approval. My company isn't open since year but govt returned my file due to missing financial documents. But now i have resent it with financial statements and pd7a but no tax return as company still has 1.5 months to finish a year.
So question is any suggestions if they will approve or not?

you have to send them EVERY documents they need in order to let them process your file.
If your company has not opened for at least a year, your company is considered as ineligible.

Employers are not eligible to make a job offer to a foreign worker under these immigration programs, if they are:

an embassy;
a high commission or consulate in Canada;
on the list of ineligible employers maintained by IRCC;
new and have not been in business for a minimum of 1 year; or
hiring workers for jobs located in the province of Quebec.

Previously, qualifying job offers supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment were worth 600 points under the CRS. As of November 19, there will be new ways of being awarded either 50 or 200 points without the need to obtain a LMIA (though points will continue to be awarded to individuals with a new or existing LMIA). The new regulations also allow the following individuals to be awarded points for a qualifying job offer:

The 600 points is not available after 19 of November. (according to the immigration website and my lawyer)
I do think it is not fair with people who are advertising the job and waiting for the 30 days... Like me(((
