LMIA application processing time?

I applied for cook in alberta. Last week rejected. If again apply can i have positive result guys? Any experience any suggest to me?

If your LMIA application is processing, and you are waiting for the result, I think it should be ok than.

I am so frustrated now waiting for time only get 50 points that is not enough for me :'(

How come it will be okay?? As the new rules comes in effect from 19th Nov. There is no hope to get 600 points anymore now

my employer said that you all should file complaint or a disagreement and send to mp or approach them somehow . So thay they forward your message .
Changing the rules fine but all those who are waiting since 3 months. Spend so much money on everythng and at end they are saying no points.
This should not happen to the already applied lmia files atleast.

you have to send them EVERY documents they need in order to let them process your file.
If your company has not opened for at least a year, your company is considered as ineligible.

Employers are not eligible to make a job offer to a foreign worker under these immigration programs, if they are:

an embassy;
a high commission or consulate in Canada;
on the list of ineligible employers maintained by IRCC;
new and have not been in business for a minimum of 1 year; or
hiring workers for jobs located in the province of Quebec.

Thats what i thought. But when i look at there website it doesn't say anything about it. All it says to provide atleast one document out of the list and none if this second time to apply. When my consultant called to ask they said atleast one documents which can be financial statements so they can see the company outcomes. So not too sure what is required or not!!

I think its a good decision that people who deserve will get points. Since earlier people were getting fake lmia from restaurant and stuff but now all that expoitation will end. Also with lesser points hopefully crs level will drop and people will get more eta's based on there personal achievements rather than this crazy lmia stuff. We spend so much on it and still not sure if we will get it or not.

I need your opinion guys. I applied in June. Then got rejected due to credit card transaction issue. Applied again in the middle of August. Confirmation letter is datę for sept 11. The problem is we applied in the very last minute and now my restoration status is finishing. Can i get visitor status after all this implied and restoration status? Whats your thoughs about this. We got rejected without notification... They were sorry but it wasted couple weeks...

Yes that is mostly people apply for. Just make sure you mention that you're waiting for lmia reply.
