Living in Delhi need Police check from UK - please help someone

My wife lived in UK for 1 year to do her Masters at Warwack University. She is not in Delhi. For the Immigration Application she needs Police clearence from UK also. Does anyone know how to get it fast? Whom to contact for the Police clearence in UK? Please help.
