Hi. I have a question. Are you allowed to move out from your emloyers home after you completed your two years as a live in caregiver or you have to wait for your OWP before you can move out? Thank you.

The question is where will you go after you move out, remember that you are on a working visa as LIC.

If you hire your sister as your nanny then she will be on a closed work permit under you as the employer. If she plans to apply for another job she can do that but she will need a new LMO and apply again for a work permit for the new employer.

visa application for Live in care Giver

Hi I am new here Im a filipina but now working here in UAE

I just want to ask regarding the visa application.I applied for a live in care giver last year October in Abu dhabi then I received my file number this February and still waiting for my medical and all.I don't know how long will it take for my visa to be ok and I am planning to transfer job this month so do I have to send an email or send them my new visa copy or new working visa? would it affect my application? or it would be fine...

Send them an email and a letter too informing them of the update with your employment.
