Thanks kitt1517. Just keep on preparing all your needed docs and you will submit your application and then we'll all be waiting checking our ecas.

to everyone who had worked for more than 1 employer: do i still need to get a summary of number of hours worked/wages from my 1st employer even if i already have the roe?

You would be applying for the Permanent Residency with your husband. You do not have two options. You apply with him or he would be an ineligible dependent (you would never be able to sponsor him once you have landed). It is a misconception that you are sponsoring your spouse/dependents. You are applicants together, you being the principal applicant. Should there be reason that your spouse would be inadmissible, your PR application might also be refused.

what could be the of being inadmissible?
he was just a refused refugee claimant who was deported few weeks ago.
no criminal record, n hopefully no medical problem

Well, that's it- medical or criminal inadmissibility.

Hi Job_seeker,

So if the dependent has a medical problem, will the application of the principal applicant be put on hold, even if, the principal applicant's health is sound?

Yes. Not on hold; could be a reason for refusal if the medical problem is one that would endanger the health of Canadians or one that would put a strain on social services.

hi! as stated earlier, i got my roe from my first employer because i already resigned. I am currently working with my 2nd employer. Do you have any idea on where should my employer get the summary? Should she make it herself or get it from an accountant?

they are just afraid to come out of public their dirty little secret!
