what could be the of being inadmissible?job_seeker said:You would be applying for the Permanent Residency with your husband. You do not have two options. You apply with him or he would be an ineligible dependent (you would never be able to sponsor him once you have landed). It is a misconception that you are sponsoring your spouse/dependents. You are applicants together, you being the principal applicant. Should there be reason that your spouse would be inadmissible, your PR application might also be refused.

no criminal record, n hopefully no medical problem
Hi Job_seeker,job_seeker said:Well, that's it- medical or criminal inadmissibility.

So if the dependent has a medical problem, will the application of the principal applicant be put on hold, even if, the principal applicant's health is sound?

hi! as stated earlier, i got my roe from my first employer because i already resigned. I am currently working with my 2nd employer. Do you have any idea on where should my employer get the summary? Should she make it herself or get it from an accountant?wsongco said:hi there how come you have ROE in you 1st employer did you resign already? if you do...you still need to submit (pay slip) summary of number hours worked as written in the document checklist.
