Well,I had my first approval last March 2013 but until now they haven't send the kit to my daughter in the Philippines.I emailed them 3x already but there's no answer.is there somebody has the same time frame but still no kit for their family back home.

mjp1974 we are the same timeline. Yes we emailed the CEM and after 3 weeks they send the kit to my husband in the Philippines. He submitted the kit June 2013. And still waiting the AOR.

Why until now no.answer from them..nakakaiyak naman. Atleast with you,ur family have the kit already,mine not even a reply to my email....

Hi, mjp1974. My husband didn't received kit after three months I got the first stage approval. I kept sending email but no response.
I ask MP to check my application. They found out that the kit was sent to my previous employer's address.

Mjp1974, try to find the your MP in your area, and let them know that your processing time is longer than normal.

Hello everyone!

I'm an LC2 from the Philippines.
My mother sent her application on August 2011 and just received her AIP last December. I read through some of the pages and honestly it's demoralizing -super tagal pala. We thought that it will only take two years but after reading through some your timelines it seems like it may take at least three years!

My sister and I are planning on applying for student permit to study in Canada (tumatakbo ang oras naiiwan na ako na panahon) . We are currently checking out all the universities. My question is will applying for a student visa affect our application?

for me that is not advisable right now. better to wait for this year because there are many changes might happen.. high percentage to approve us 2010,2011 and 2012 applicants because of the changes in LICP...

My other question is me and my sister are currently taking up our Masters degree (Open University). Does it matter what we take and how we take it (vocational, bachelors degree, open university etc.)? And is it true that we can't have a job while our application is on process?

my kit na ba family mo? ako wala pa. Nag MP na rin ako at ganun din ang sabi sa MP ko, in queu pa daw papers namin isesend na lang yung kit afterwards but no tentative date kung kelan isesend....
