Live-in Caregiver PR/OWP Old Pathway 2017 Timelines?

My fiancée applied on May 18th 2017 for her PR and OP as she is single. She applied under the old Live-in Caregiver pathway. Does anyone know what timeline we can expect? I know online it says 50 months, but she had a friend that got her owp in 2 months and her PR in 6 months. We don't know which to believe. With the old pathway coming to a end, are they trying to push them through?
