I also read on another thread a single 2012 applicant got email for finalization of permanent residency already, how cool is that? Naunahan pa tayong mga 2011 ma PR, kakainggit sila pang walang kinukuhang pamilya ang mabilis ang processing, when infact it should be the other way around because they're always saying that "REUNITING FAMILIES" is their primary concern???? Whatever happened to that concept??? Nakakdisappoint lang talaga, nakakastress, nakakainit ng ulo, lahat na ng emotions halo2 na. I guess CEM ang nagmamabagal ngayon eh, coz CIC is moving, but the problem is CIC is moving with the applications that they already have and CEM is stuck so CIC will get rid of the backlog but CEM won't work the same way, they're not syncronized...

yeah.. tma ka jan CEM ang may problema... un din ang sb ng mp ng lc1 ko sa canada... nka- base na daw lahat sa CEM... kc sknla gnawa na nila lahat... kaya ang may problema talaga is CEM...

Well u know what i think personally i don't believe na ung paglapit sa MP would help, i mean wala naman silang nagagawa para mabago or mapabilis ung processing they're actually just telling us the same things that we already know about our application, so disappointing but whatever, we can't really do anything about it but to wait and hope that next year will be our turn to be reunited with our love ones because what we're going through is so devastating already, i wish they would realize that, it's physically,mentally and emotionally draining.

Littledipper I think the problem is The CEM kc base sa sabi ng MP Knina wala pa daw pino forward ang CEM dito sa vegreville Kung na accept na ng CEM ang papers. pero nkakalungkot Lang.

ive heard from a friend ! november 2012 applicant got her first stage of approval!!!!!!! glad for them... we waited 24 months at least... hopefully our next stage will go faster as well...

Last feb 2013,ive applied jan 2011.they sent a kit to m dependants last july and my husband complted it and sent it to the CEM the same month.but until now no acknowledgement of receipt yetanyone on the same situation now.i was bothered by this...i know for ,y friends it took them 2 - 3 months to get the acknowledgement for my family its close to 6 months already.yet still none.

your situation is not unique, mine is going 8 months after i sent the kit 9 May 2013, most of those who submitted their LC2 Application Kit starting May 2013 onward have no AOR from CEM yet. it seems when the strike started app kits were put on hold, placed in queue and remain unopened up to now. strike ended Oct but still no activity, maybe the yearly quota is already filled up. we can only sit and wait for good news this coming new year.

Hello po,, we have the same timeline,, my mom (LC1) also applied January 2011 and was approved February 2013. The kit was also sent July 2013 but we were able to complete it by September 2013 and until now, no AOR yet,, let's stay positive lng po and tama po c boyblue,, madami pa po naghihintay ng AOR ng mas matagal na,, Hopefully by this month dumating na po ung hinihintay ntin,,
